New West is one of the oldest and hilliest cities in Metro Vancouver, and a lot of the housing near Uptown and Downtown predates driveways as a standard feature. Street parking is common here more than in newer suburbs, and steep streets mean we sometimes need to work from the flattest safe spot nearby rather than directly in front of the house. Queensborough, being flatter and newer, is more straightforward.
A lot of our New West bookings come from residents near the Sapperton and Braid SkyTrain stations who commute without a car most days and want the detail done while they're at work. Drop the keys with us, we text when it's done.
