Richmond sits on the Fraser River delta, much of it built below sea level and protected by dikes. That flat terrain doesn't drain the way a hillside city does, so standing water on roads and lots is more common here, and it sits longer. Left to dry on its own, that water leaves mineral spots on paint that plain washing won't fully remove.
City Centre and Aberdeen are mostly high-rise towers with underground parkades, easy for us to work in with a heads-up to your strata. Steveston and the areas further south have more driveways. If you're near YVR in Bridgeport or Sea Island, we're used to working around that traffic pattern too.
We'll add a recent Richmond before-and-after here once we have one queued up.
